In 1994, the Phillippi family bought P&M Pizza in Arnold and set out to carry on a recipe the neighborhood already loved. They trained for six months beside Lefty and Mooney Martz to master the original P&M dough and sauce, and to this day, Phillippi's is the only place in the world that serves the authentic Birdville Pie.
Years later the family moved to the Birdville section of Harrison, expanded the kitchen, and added a full breakfast and family-dining menu. More than thirty years on, it's still the same family, the same recipe, and the same welcome at the table.
